  • I work with a range of clients including startup CEOs, corporate leaders, and people going through changes. I support each client based on their individual needs, using a guiding approach. I consider all aspects of the person and work together to plan and achieve a motivated future.

  • We begin with your goals: where you want to go, what you want to do, who you want to become, and what success means to you. Then, we assess your current situation, the differences from your goals, your conflicting thoughts, and the obstacles. Next, we figure out what is hindering your goal achievement and turn it into clear, doable steps. I create a space for you to develop, leverage your abilities, and utilize resources to reach your maximum potential.

  • I show up fully present, engaged, and curious. I prioritize getting to know and understand each of my clients. I tell you what I see from where I sit. I will challenge you, I will hold you accountable, and I will support you completely.
